1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chewz mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chewz is a social dining discovery app that helps users find restaurants, track dining experiences, and share recommendations with friends. The App provides restaurant information, photos, ratings, and social features to enhance your dining decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including reviews, photos, and ratings. By posting content, you grant Chewz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Third-Party Content & Attribution

The App displays restaurant information, photos, and ratings sourced from third-party services. This content is subject to the respective terms of use of those providers.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed in the App. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscriptions and credit packs are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any restaurant information, ratings, or photos displayed in the App. Restaurant details may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chewz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to dining experiences based on information provided through the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
